I originally trained as a primary teacher & taught in that capacity for many years until eventually feeling  the need for change I branched out to work for myself, establishing a business in the fashion/ gift industry. For a number of years I owned & managed my own retail shop, after which, I established another business importing & wholesaling  fashion jewellery & accessories.

Whilst doing this work I again experienced a desire for change & soon found myself exploring a range of personal development tools  & becoming a voracious reader of all things spiritual & meta physical, particularly in the area of consciousness. At about the same time I also found myself drawn to learning more about other energetic healing modalities & decided that this was where my true vocation lay so that I may assist people in discovering how to open up to & achieve their full potential.

I prefer to describe myself as an energetic healing facilitator or practitioner rather than as a “healer” for reasons which I explain on my theta website. I have enjoyed learning a number of different modalities which, each in their own way, has helped increase my perception of the wonderful benefits that can be gained from using a wholistic approach to health & well being.

Currently I am attuned to Level 2 Reiki, have learnt the basics of CEM (Chinese Energetic Medicine), attained Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Matrix Energetics & am a certified Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, having completed & received certification for Theta Healing DNA 1 & 2, Manifesting & Abundance, Advanced Theta Healing & Intuitive Anatomy.
