I have many other vidoes which I find inspiring that I will be transferring across from my previous site as time permits. Forgiveness brings healing & all true healing comes from Love. Whilst many people practise the art of forgiving others I think giving forgiveness to themselves is often one of the most neglected areas in people's lives today. To me, forgiveness is really the act of sending Love & compassion to one's self & being able to accept all aspects of oneself without judgement.
